I’m just confused on how it takes nearly half an hour to get my 3 item order when I’m the only one waiting in line. The majority of the staff were a bunch of kids screwing around and spitting out one item every 10 min or so while I sat there waiting, hungry after work. Wonderful experience to see employees sitting on their phone instead of putting together an order. Do better, please. UPDATE: All the food was cold and the Big Mac was put together incorrectly.

My biggest gripe is that this location doesn't participate in the rewards on the McDonald's app.

All we wanted were 2 small cokes, 1 large and 1 medium size coffee with 2 creamers, and a caramel Frappe. The drive thru window manager said we had to get back inline after we past the drive thru window that never spoke to us as we stopped there and waited. We were on the line for 24 minutes when we finally got up to the window on the line to give our order and to pay. The manager in yellow from the payment window said, "We were backed up, and she said, "We had to get all the way back online". The yellow shirt microphone wearing (mgmt?) could have simply apologized and suggested that we go inside, but she didn't. After a long day of shopping, we were tired and just wanted coffee. Dunkin Donuts was closed. We experienced terrible service at McDONALDS. I don't reccomend this drive thru JOINT to ANYONE, and We will not be returning ever again to this fast food joint for anthing! Keep your FRAPPE!

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and come here all the time. I used to like we never had issues with our order but this was by far the worst experience. We came in around 8pm and we're first ignored at the drive thru until I said something over the speaker, we use the McDonalds app and told them we had a code for free large fries. The lady that helped us said the amount was around $9 but when we got to the window we were told it was $12. Our code was no te used even after we asked. We got two McDonald's that only had ONE patty i stead of two, food was really cold and the fries were inedible. I'm not one to leave reviews like this but this was just one bad experience after another. I could tell the person at the window was training and I totally get trying to train during a rush but 8pm on a rainy night was not busy and for my food to be this cold and missing ingredients is frustrating.
