When my mother had a few strokes, I needed help and fast. Home Instead was recommended to me by my company's benefit subscription with Wellthy. Wellthy gave them top ratings. I have not been disappointed. They were responsive (a big plus here in Vegas), and found me a Caregiver that could work with my schedule within 2 weeks - at a time when Caregivers are scarce. We really like her. Home Instead has been very accommodating with schedule changes as well. Their cost is more than fair as well. I highly recommend reaching out to them for assistance.

Dropping a client because they won't agree to a long-term contract--with no advance notification and no real understanding of what the client's current needs are-- is bad business and this company has lost mine. I do not recommend. ------ 3 months after I posted this review the "owner" put in a response that didn't address my concern. To wit: We were dropped as clients because we wouldn't agree to long term service of at least 2 times per week. It wasn't "temporary" service in my mind; as I would have used the service multiple times. There was no misunderstanding; the scheduler refused to schedule us for a service that was a week long and said that Home Instead would not schedule us for service in the future unless we agreed to a long-term contract that included service at least 2 times per week. Home Instead is providing excellent, personable care for our elderly parent! Home Instead has helped us put together a wonderful, responsive care team. While it took a little time in the beginning to work through all the details & specifics, the patience & perseverance has paid off!
