Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience with bruised boutique, they made the shipping of my broken skates to be remounted so much easier than I ever expected and their turn around time is so swift!! I am totally new to skating and just joined a roller derby team so me and some others on the team all went down to get gear for the season! First, the service here is amazing! They helped me pick out each piece of gear I needed one by one and answered all my questions without talking down to me or acting annoyed. I am very picky about footwear and expected it to take a long time to find a good pair of skates, but I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up buying the first pair of skates I tried on! The employee listened to my concerns regarding my wide feet with bunions and made a great recommendation on the first go. My only complaint would be it is a bit expensive, but all the products they carry are quality and I feel totally confident the gear I purchased here will last and keep me safe. Still it would be nice if they carried some budget brands.
