Google says that this Burger King is temporary closed, but it’s not. I went there today… and there was only like 2 people working there, one of them being a guy who took our order and gave us our food. He was soooo kind and I feel like you don’t see that a lot especially at fast food restaurants. We also got our food nice and warm AND 2 coookies for a dollar.

Me and my dad got the 2for $6 deal I got the original chicken sandwich and my dad got the impossible king burger my dad's burger tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time and my burger was a little burnt

Stopped by on our way through town. They messed up our order and forgot fries. My husband ate one of the burgers they messed up and because that burger was more expensive the manager would not give him the second value burger he had ordered even though he gave the second more expensive one back. The manager argued with us and was not even going to give us the fries we ordered. He shut the drive through window in his face and walked away. I do not even write reviews but I felt the need to. Disappointed altogether in our experience.

Da Whopper, Da Drooling Da-liciousness🤤 If they would only return to cooking the fries in the burger drippings deliciousness they would have the best fries this side of heaven.

Questions & Answers

What's going on at the BK in Ashland. They have not been open the past few days. I usually go there to get morning coffee. 8 am and they are not open. I think they have a managerial problem.

For the last year or so I have been the opening manager for the Ashland store, I have seen this place go down hill drastically over the past few months and could no longer take being left alone in this store. There is definitely a managerial problem! I was sad to leave my coworkers and will definitely miss my customers like the 8 o'clock crew, I always looked forward to seeing them. In the last 2 months they have lost 12 employees, 4 of them were managers.

I think you need to retrain your employees on how to make the burgers because with the rodeo King they don't put bacon on it like it says in the menu

Is this Burger King closing? We were there yesterday almost no soda and literally saw 2 people working and lots of people in line.

Dunno, it always seems to be under staffed.
