We have a serious issue and the person assigned as our banker is Zvard Santourian. Her emails all bounce saying we have no permission to email. Her phone goes to voicemail. Nobody who we can reach on the phone will try to connect us to a person. We have over $1,000 in illegitimate fees that their customer service team from Texas promised to waive and it never happened. We are desperately trying to get ahold of a person and cannot. Unless you want to wait an hour in line to see a banker, it looks like you are dealing with a black-box. No customer service at all. Might as well be run by algorithms.

Horrible customer service. One teller says one thing the other tells you something else and neither know what there doing then they ask a 3rd person and he doesn't know either I mean what are you doing working at the bank if none of you guys know what your really talking about just saying yes so you can move on to the nexts customer and completely wasting my lunch time

I believe you must take out in multiples of $20, Tanya. You should be able to use your EBT card at any ATM, as long as you know your pin, But don't go into a Chase Bank with the mentality that you can use their bathroom. Chase doesn't dig that. Walk into any Wescom or Logix for that. If their bathrooms aren't accessible, they will lead you to wherever the bathroom is. Apparently Chase does NOT trust their customers as the 'local credit unions' do. Good Luck, girl.
