Terrible service. They charge a lot for what is supposed to be done for warranty. So we got a laptop with factory defects and the were trying to charge a lot of money for repair and after we denied they charge money just for revision. Terrible company and I'll never get something from best buy. I not your fault the factory defects but your response should be better.
