Since Verizon does not allow reviews on their site this is where I must leave it. I highly recommend NEVER going with any Verizon service. I purchased a backup battery online using guest check out. My card was charged and no order confirmation sent. I call Verizon and they state they are unable to look it up with my name, address, email, phone, card number, nothing. They stated it is my problem and to dispute with my bank and re-order. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'm completely satisfied with my new phone plan, phone & watch. They transferred everything over to my new phone, did a breakdown of my new business plan step by step, showed me all the possible phone cases, set up my watch for me, and showed me the basics of using it. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this store.

I went in and met with Mike about transferring service to Verizon. He suggested I open a business plan because it benefits the needs of my small business. He, and Brendan, the business manager, were a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with my service, services, and I'm saving money compared to my old carrier with WAY more to offer. Couldn't recommend this location more! The entire staff were great.
