When I first moved over to this side of town this used to be a good KFC but it has gone downhill over the past few months rapidly. I go through the drive-thru here at least three times a week sometimes more. I always order coleslaw or mashed potatoes instead of french fries with my chicken tenders once again today I came home and there's french fries she asked me for the dipping sauces I told her BBQ and Ranch like usual got home no dipping sauces. They're screwing up orders more and more over there and then the other day when I asked the girl in the evening to double-check and make sure there's coleslaw in there she gets an attitude I will find another KFC until this one gets better again. At least most of the time the chicken is edible although occasionally it's chewy and dry but not that often. Oh and just for the record the one time I did call to complain about having the wrong order when I got home I may as well have been talking to a rock.

Worst experience ever! Eight piece family meal for $25.00 into the garbage! Food was old, cold, and not edible. What was supposed to be thighs were pieces of backs with numerous tiny bones! Chicken was not fresh. Coleslaw was dry and tasted old. Biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Won't comment on potatoes and gravy because that's awful at every KFC.

Not Good at all. Over cooked Chicken Tenders. This is my 2nd time having a bad experience. Unfortunately, I will not visit KFC again. Food quality should be a top priority.

If you go before it gets late this place is great... But after the day beware night time orders consist of the chicken that sat all day... It's rough, even the popcorn chicken for the bowls.
