All I can say is, if you have to cancel after the 14 day deadline DON’T. They don’t care what your reason is. If you cancel, they can rebook your spot, charge you and charge the new people in your spot. Let them eat it instead of you. Especially if you have a good and valid reason, like sickness, or work. 14 days! They will definitely rebook it within 14 days. What a racket!

Please note I read the policy and cancellation rules. We were involved in a motor vehicle accident at the start of our vacation. The RV and our truck were totaled. When I called to cancel the reservation to stay here, seven to six days before our arrival, I received an email response stating that because it wasn't 14 days ahead of time we would not get a refund. When I called to actually talk to someone I again was told that it was 14 days to cancel a reservation. I asked if we could get a partial refund and I explained the accident and the person told me the accident wasn't his fault and there would be no refund partial or otherwise. Two other parks we were registered at gave us a refund due the current circumstance we were in. The person I talked to was rude about us canceling. We have traveled cross-country and back with our RV and have never encountered someone like this. Read the rules and follow them. I'm sure they will be able to fill the spot we reserved. When we go back to this area we will not be staying at this park
