CASEY Saved My Hair!!! I had a literal hair emergency with a home coloring that went horribly wrong and turned my beautiful platinum blonde hair gray! I called Ulta and they were able to get me an appointment last minute to have the color corrected, and thank goodness because I had to go to a wedding the very next day! Casey was so understanding and helpful and truly saved my hair, he did it without further damaging it which I could not even believe because I thought for sure it would have to be re-bleached and it would cause it to all fall out. But he was able to save it and fix the color and save the day! Thank you so much your the best Casey!

The absolute worst. After confirming my appointments for make-up and hair the day before, they called me the next morning a few hours before my appointment and canceled. The manager told me there was nothing she could do to fix it and it was out of her hands. Totally unprofessional! I had scheduled this appointment weeks ago for an upcoming wedding to attend and they just canceled on me last minute. I will never shop at Ulta again and will inform everyone I know on how they treat their customers.

Go to eyebrow arch if you're trying to get them done! Same parking lot!
Possibly start taking supplements that benefit your hair , skin and nails.

I've never noticed them, but I'm not entirely sure. The staff is very knowledgeable and great with questions. They can probably help you. I feel like I ask dumb questions, and they've never made me feel dumb. They're always extremely helpful, and make sure I fully understand.
Yes they do. Most days you don't need an appointment, but it is best to get one.
