The service is fantastic. If you get the chance to work with Emily at the front desk then consider yourself lucky 😉. She has such an uplifting personality. The room was good and seemed decently clean. They DO need to work on cleaning the filters for their in-room heating/cooling units. They were gross.

Hotel was pretty nice. Nice size pool and hotub. Stayed here the night of my wedding. I had a wedding block and though I could be wrong - I thought this would be so everyone who booked under the block would be in the same general area of the hotel. However I had people who booked with the wedding block on the the first and second floor. Hotel attendants we're very nice and even let us stay in the pool/hot tub for an hour past regular pool hours. The bathrooms were a bit gross..not something I would want to bathe in but alright for showering purposes.

Went to a wedding on Sunday the 16th and was extremely disappointed in the venue. My Friend got a mud pie the size of a quarter in their salad, the bar tenders in the first bar were rude and it was under staffed. Cash only at the back bar where the friendly bar tender was. Bathroom floor was a swamp and made all the dress bottoms soggy. Two stars only because we liked the pool.

Rooms were nice no creamer and not much coffee. 3rd floor very cold like air conditioner was on high. Pool was cool and Spa-whirlpool was cold no heat at all. Was nice but amenities really lack.
