Don't be late at all, not even 5 minutes. they will let you sit around for at least 5 hours if your late... so just cancel the load if your late its not worth sitting around...

You can show up any time before appt! If I get there at 6 am and appt is for 8 I'm usually in and out!. Don't forget to drop your dolly legs chock your wheels and disconnect your glad hand!!
