Probably the most inexperienced and useless staff that will try and fight you on your order when you tell them they got it wrong. Unless you want a headache in the morning with 3 people telling you you’re wrong, don’t come here

I asked for a large, iced matcha latte with no ice in it. The sign says it is $5.76, I was charged $7.76. I asked why it was so much more expensive and she told me it's because they charge extra for no ice, ok! But then as I'm pulling away I notice there is ice in my drink and there is also no sugar in it at all.

I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are yummy and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

No customer service at all!!!! I get burnt food so I asked for a fresh one and the lady acted like I was a burden. Did not say anything to me except the total of my food. No greeting, no thank, nothing!!! She gave me new hash browns but threw it at me. I am patient, ive done customer service jobs and still do. I completely understand everyone is understaffed but damn no need for horrible service. Ive lived in wauconda my whole life. Dunkin has gone down tremendously
