Matthew and Henry were both a great help to me today. While I was shopping, my friend Lynda was trying to walk out the door, frustrated with me for no reason. Matthew reassured me that he has personal experience with someone like Lynda. He stepped up and talked to her, and kept her from leaving the store, while I finished up. I greatly appreciated both Matthew and Henry today.

If you are blessed enough to visit this Office Depot in Bakersfield, please ask for Sean or Tyler. They gave me the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time! You won't be sorry. Yes, the prices have gone up a bit, but you won't mind because being treated well and with efficiency is worth it!! This is a rare quality in people these days. Plus, this store is clean, organized, and if you don't see the product you need, Sean will look it up on the computer for you and most likely find it!! The only thing I couldn't find was my Shaeffer ink cartridges for my calligraphy pen! (I ordered them on line.)
