The parking lot had a lot of space for you to park. There's good wifi you can use if you need to work remotely. And you can charge your computer. There's a food and quiet place to work on the second floor with a desk by the window.

Don't hate on this Redding library for having homeless people and and around and everywhere. It's a great library with friendly staff and lots of resources. Good kids section.

Pretty much no. If the government is closed, this library will be too.
They hold special events for what you are wanting to do throughout the year. I would call them and ask. I would contact local schools first since their libraries would really want them and appreciate them more than a big public library.
