This isn't a question about the dealership but your own personal troubles, I can try answering your question with a question. There is a lot of determining factors of why it won't start. One: is this an aftermarket plugs? If so, check the product specs if it's compatible with your car. Two: Are the distributor cables connected all the way in their specific order? If not, this can create misfire damaging your engine. Three: did you connect back the battery cable onto the terminals? Hope this helps. Good luck.
