Called to find my mail since the truck hadn’t been here in almost a week. Waiting on medication for my sick grandmother and was told when I called that if I have mail it will be delivered and there hasn’t been. The women on the phone named Joyce was very rude and unhelpful. The mail is tracked and at the post office yet I’m told I don’t even have a shopper let alone her medication. They are constantly late, don’t arrive, throw packages in the rain or ground, and have zero customer service skills. I hope hanging up on me and holding her package, was worth the call to the BB and to bring there attention to how upset the community is with a simple service provided to them.

ive been at the same address for 3yrs. Something new this year they dont deliver to my mailbox if theres alot of snow. Never had a prob for 3yrs now all of a sudden theres a problem. Stupid!!!! Called to see what was going on and was treated rudely swore at and hung up on.
