Finished two months of medication. I was called buy the company to make sure I was finished with the course if medications. I was treated with respect, explained very effectively what I needed to do by confident staff members. I was given accurate information about the side effects I may of had and I did. Having been educated effectively I didn't panic.

the most incompetent pharmacy i’ve ever witnessed. they are rude, never helpful and when you need a prescription they won’t call to remind you it’s ready, and also they lie about ordering your prescription when it’s not in stock , causing you to waste time on multiple trips as well as waiting many days for your prescription. They offer no help suggesting to get your medications, no solutions they just want you to die. You will have to do all the work here, most pharmacies are understanding and go out there way to help even by calling your insurance, at this walgreens you almost have to beg for any further assistance.

I placed an order to pick-up some items in the drive-thru. I alerted them I was 10 minutes away. We waited in line for 20 minutes before we got to the window. It was taking a long time for my items to come out. My mom told the woman this wasn’t a pharmaceutical order just a pick up. She was confused that they even had this service. She told us to go park in a place at the front. I had already picked the drive-thru option on my order and couldn’t change it. Once the woman found out they did those services she asked us to go back to the back of the line instead of just waiting for the items to be brought to her. I would think a pharmacist could think quicker and come up with better solutions than sending up to the back of the line. Please do better Walgreens or don’t advertise false services.
