I can't say enough about the amount of exceptional customer service and personal attention I received at this store. I had a problem, and both Noel and Kristin took the time and effort to contact me personally with long, detailed explanations, as well as offers to remedy my situation. This is new management and I suggest that you give this new team a chance to serve you. Customer Service is excellent here. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, they are closed the next 2 days!!! I have a package that needs to go out and now am in a pinch!! I wish companies would be more accurate about their services and hours. This is especially true when the price of gas is high and traveling to a location is an issue!! Please note, I understand staffing and employment issues. (Another topic in and of its self)

Never ever wrote a bad review before, but the manager in this place is something. A type of guy who feels very comfortable with getting too close to you and interrupting you with a loud “listen to ME, young lady” when you’re trying to communicate your need. If you had the same experience, just know that you are not alone.
