May 29, 2021 Husband and and I went into maryville store to check out prices compared to the company we were with at the time and of course they could beat what we were paying at NW cell by 40.00 and also pay off our phones at NW cell they said to bring in final bill when it came in mail for the payoff amount of old phones. Cody helped us and was super friendly and helpful and the district manager was there as well and super friendly. But all that changed when we took in final bill from NW cell. I was told they never said they would pay off old phones that we must of heard them wrong 😑 yea and when the bill started coming in it was 80$ higher than we were told in the store that first day. Cody said bill would be 260-265$ per month. Went in several times to visit with Cody about this issue only to be told she was off that day or busy in back room and couldn’t be disturbed. So I asked for district managers email or phone number so I could visit with him about all these problems, because he was present from the beginning to the end of the transaction that day!! Of course I was unable to get email or phone number for him, refused to give it to me.So then last time was in the store I was told I had to call customer loyalty every month and get a 80$ credit. So I spend anywhere between 1 hr to 1.5 hrs every month trying to explain all this. So my advice is to bypass Maryville AT&T store because they are scam artists!!! And I’m sure there were some high 5’s exchanged the day we left the store!!!

I was in on Wednesday 9/7/22 for an upgrade purchase. The 2 girls in there were very knowledgeable and worked as a team. They were friendly and very professional. When other customers came in, they assisted them quickly to resolve their problems. Great customer service. Thank you Layla (and I'm sorry I don't remember the other staff member, but she helped as well).

Trash. The first time I was there they closed in 35 minutes so they told me to come back to get a sim card. Today I was there 17 minutes without either of them speaking to me. They had customers but that's part of customer service to say hi or we'll be right with you. These stores are lame after 2020's lockdown. People can order everything off of the internet and have it in a few days and wonder why store fronts "can't" stay open.
