I followed all the required steps in the summons. The I got surprised 3 months later with a license suspension letter. I have evidence that I responded to the summons in my hands but wil still have to drive 4hrs to appear in court in order to prevent license being suspended. There seems to be no accountability on the part of this court.

What a joke this court is, can't talk to anybody EVER and when you do they don't have the slightest clue of what's going on or how to call people back. Wanted my pregnant wife to travel 1200 miles for a speeding ticket. No returned emails, no cooperation to resolve. Just set suspension dates and not answer the phone

This must be the most inept court in the whole country. Been trying to settle a simpe traffic ticket for MONTHS. Must be nice to work three hours a day.

You will have to go in front of a judge and they will tell u the amount of the fine...but there will deffinently be a mark on your liscense because you are 12 miles per hour over....wishing you good luck ..
where do i pay the fine
I guess you'd have to contact the court and get lucky enough for them to feel like doing their jobs and answer your email since they don't even take calls.
