Dipika, Alisha, Jamaala and Nick at the front desk along with the cleaning staff are so very sweet and helpful, not only me and my wife but to all guess of this Extended stay in Richmond Hill Top ca. if all possible please do not split up this team, i and my wife appreciate there hospitality concern for the hotel guess without partiality to anyone. This kind of staff is hard to find in these day and times. My wife and I will stayed over a month just because of the hospitality, the concern and heart they have for not only us but the entire hotel guess in this hotel. And I do appreciate you for having them here for us, they are shining light from heaven in the work place here on earth. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! As long as they are here you will always have our business for life. Again Thank You!!! Whatever is needed or need to be done in this hotel they are on it with the guess in mind at all times. I and my wife are so impressed with this team we are will to pay to get them the raise they deserve. Kyle and Deirdre Burns thank them and their employer’s for having them here performing there God giving gifs from their hearts.

A lot of homeless , dirty bathroom. Eye lashes on walls so you know was not cleaned , didn’t sleep all night smelled .. don’t know how have rating 3.6. Should be -1

I enjoying staying at the Extended Stay in Richmond. All of the office are polite, professional and go out of their way to accommodate me, especially Dipika, Alicia and Jamaala. They are FANTASTIC!! I love the kitchenette and other amenities. This is my home away from home.

I arrived late to check into the hotel and our room was marked as a "no show" despite emails stating that our room was confirmed. Any reputable hotel would have called their guest to check the status of the arrival, but I digress, I did book with a 3rd party website, so shame on me. Upon my arrival, the night auditor was not able to reopen my reservation and I ended up paying for a night out of pocket just so I could get some rest and deal with the reservation in the morning. I made it to my room and everything was very dated and clearly showed its age with rust on the appliances scratches, worn out and torn furniture. The bed was very hard with three sad looking pillows that reeked of cigarette smoke and no matter how you folded it, you couldn't get comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting with cob webs in the corners of the shower, hair stuck in the curtain, black mold in between the tiles and stained towels with hair interwoven in the fibers. I did the best I could, slept for a few hours and spoke with the front desk the next day telling them to cancel the reservation and I spoke with the third party to transfer credit towards another reservation. I've stayed at Extended Stays in the past and never had these types of issues. I will never return to this property.
