We bought $5,000 worth of kitchen appliances from this store. They scheduled a delivery date of September 17th. We received a text & email confirming the date the day before, we had to remove everything from the kitchen in preparation of the appliances. The delivery driver showed up then stated we don’t have any of your appliances. We went to Home Depot that day so they could tell us “we don’t know where your order is. The manager said don’t worry we will find the order and compensate you for the issues. She said she could not compensate us there because she only able to authorize $200. We get a call 3 days later saying good news we found your order, my question was great when is the new delivery date; the answer was we don’t know. I also asked ok, what’s the compensation; the answer was we can’t tell you that before the delivery gets there. Bad business practices, incompetence, rude employees, would recommend you stay far far away from this company.
