Service and professionalism was terrible. None of the workers had on work shirts, no hats, a bunch of people who looked like regular customers were walking behind the cash register. One lady taking our order answered a phone call on her personal phone in the middle of trying to take my order. Messed up my order 4x after repeating myself multiple times. Would not recommend.

Sweet Tea was sour and the floors are an accident waiting to happen. In order to safely walk out of the restaurant I would have to hold onto the wall or use a high chair to exit the place. Unsafe to dine in here and they seem as if they don't care.

If I could give it a Zero, I would. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 well done fries, 4 pc nugget w/BBQ, Oreo flurry, and a Coke. A 20 min wait, then to be told to wait in the parking spot for my food... I got a Dr. Pepper. No sauce. Under cooked fries. What the hell did I wait the extra time for?

Good luck, I genuinely mean that! I've tried, each time you get the Store Manager Melissa and she sits and laughs with the employees. Not to mention Store Manager Melissa is dating an employee half her age (he's younger) sand Store no improvement
Maybe it's the time of day you go. I've never had to pull to the side and wait.
Because each location is independently managed it is easy to tell when there may be a lapse in quality training. Without any competition near by they know you're gonna come back.
They suck!! Brooklyn is bad place
Request to talk to a manager and explain the situation, and/or go to a different location.
They really suck! No inside eating, no self serve drinks, and to top it all off they rarely get the order correct!

If this happens, it could be that the overnight crew took off their headset while cleaning or doing basic maintenance, and not heard your car. While not convenient, if this happens, driving back around the store to make sure they know you are there might help, or honking the horn. Also, for notice, the Brooklyn McDonald's is onky 24/7 during the summer (I believe until labour day).
