We hired Rolling V for our wedding about six months out. Contract signed, deposit paid. Then a few months before the wedding, they told us that they needed to raise the price by a pretty substantial amount. We said that we had a contract signed and already paid the deposit. They said they’d return our deposit but wouldn’t work with us if we didn’t pay more. We’d run out of time to find a new transportation service, so we paid the extra several hundred dollars and signed a new contract. Not happy at all with the lack of professionalism. It’s super uncool to raise the price several months after a contract is signed and deposit is paid. The day of driving seemed to have been fine according to our guests, though.

We hired Rolling V for our wedding in the Catskills. Our venue didn't really have one big hotel near it but a lot of smaller ones scattered around. Great for our guests as they could pick and choose based off their preferences but challenging for us to figure out how best to provide transportation. Rolling V was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Claudia was our account contact and she was so patient and kind with us as I always have a million questions. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and mapped out a schedule for our two shuttles to pick up as many people as needed who wanted shuttle service. It worked out perfectly and our guests arrived with plenty of time before our ceremony. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They made what we thought might be a stressful part of our planning process, super easy and worry free!
