Positive: The front desk staff was very friendly and checkin was easy. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Negative: The room was basic, but clean. Only concern was that the bathroom shower near the door caulk line and also the bottom corners has pink mold. Needs a better cleaning in the shower.

I only gave 3 stars. The indoor pool was really dirty. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Filter and flow system not working. Broken light in the pool. Did not get in was afraid of catching something.

To start the staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. One staff sticks out in my mind. She was beyond kind to my special needs daughter. She treated her like she knew her all of her life. The pool area was warm along with the water. My kids loved it. We got a suite for two night and it was huge and made everything so easy with our family of six

The property looks newly opened. The front desk clerk was smiling and friendly. He was able to accommodate a super early check in for me. He even switched my room to be away from other guests since I am a night shift RN and was looking to sleep all day. The room was clean and the bed was inviting. The room darkening shades were great. I slept undisturbed all day and checked out in the wee hours of the morning. I will be staying here again if I find myself back in Coldwater.
