I swear I have a bad experience every time I come here. Starts in the drive-through nobody in the drive-through nobody inside I waited five minutes for somebody to talk to me and I have to repeat my order three separate times because they’re too busy talking then when I get up to the window they’re out of biscuits which is fine whatever but I get my food all the way home and my meal was completely wrong I ordered extra crispy didn’t get extra crispy and the chicken that they did give me is extremely old and extremely dry I will never recommend this KFC this is got to be the worst one in Muncie

Ordered food from the drive through becuase dining in was closed. Was told "3 and half minutes wait on the fries, pull up and we will bring your food out to you." Pulled up and waited for almost 10 minutes before knocking on the door for the workers to hold up their pointer finger telling me to hold on longer. They finally brought my food to me, only to look in the bag and find out my biscuits and honey sauce were missing. Had to go back and tell them so i could get the rest of my food. Drove all the way home before i opened my sandwich bag, that was suppose to have spicy chicken, had regular chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst fast food experience.

Was served old chicken on my chicken sandwich today. The sad thing is that I came here after Burger King messed up my order. I didn't have time to eat at home today due to being out all day and needed something fast. Coming to learn the the fast food industry in Muncie sucks. I've learned my lesson.

Over cooked chicken. Very very disappointed. Do better muncie Tillotson kfc. And yet again on a separate occasion my father in law has gotten over cooked food. Do not go!
