Awful place! Waiters and waitresses are not doing their job, rather, talking and ignoring guests. The night manager is a joke. He doesn't care that his customers are treated disrespectfully, doesn't apologize and is extremely smug. The place was nearly empty and we had to seat ourselves. The male waiter tried lying about the female waitress being busy and I called him out on it so he refuses to wait on us. The manager came over and was rude, arrogant and just seemed like he hated life in general. So we left before we ordered. Went to IHOP, they only had 1 waitress and we got great customer service! Applebee's, you lost a few customers!!

We walked into Applebee's and seated quickly, due to the fact they were rather empty. However we sat for 30 minutes and still no one had come to even take our drink order. Due to having an empty restaurant and staff on their phones we decided to leave.

We went on a Sunday evening. No wait, great young man for a server, food was on time but typical Applebees quality, but also great prices so they go hand in hand. No complaints.... A+
