It would be best to have a vet check the eye. They can check if there is an ulcer on the eye or if something is stuck under the lid causing the inflammation. Many of the over the counter treatments have added ingredients that cats and dogs don't tolerate. Or they can also tell if the problem with the eyes is due to a virus.
We do not see reptiles or bearded dragons.
