Bathroom was gross, merchandise not organized sale items mixed in with items not on sale. They don't bother to inform the public their coupons can not be used for all items! Never shopping there again

Update 2: Amazon dropoff location is in the back right corner of the store. Love the convenience and that they give a store coupon too! Store is bright and clean and well stocked. Update: They've moved the Amazon drop off location in the store a couple times, so read the signs on the way in so you don't end up wandering around the store...just say'n First time just dropping off an Amazon return item - loved the convenience. And they gave a coupon out for 25% off an item in the store - which was another great idea! So they made returning an Amazon purchase super simple and gave me a discount on a new pair of summer shorts - double bonus! Definitely be doing that again.

It's kohls. It Is what it is but I had no trouble finding clothes I needed and a pair of sneakers. Only loss of star was due to the poor selection of sneakers
