Questions & Answers

You put foam insulation in my attic a few years ago and did a great job. My question: Is the attic considered "conditioned space" so I don't need to ventilate? Also, would it be wise to add a second layer of foam sprayed in to increase R value?

Hi Ward, It's nice to hear from you! Yes, the pockets are considered conditioned space and there is no need to ventilate. Also, the R-21 of closed cell foam installed is plenty. Hope this helps and feel free to contact us with any other questions! - Amy
