OYO Hotel Mt. Vernon KY I-75

My mom and I are on a road trip so this was somewhat of a last minute deal. We got it through Priceline and their website gave this place a 9.6 which seemed promising. But, when we got there the bathroom had hair in it, the air conditioning made very odd noises, the person at the desk took very long to come for assistance, and overall the place was not very clean.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!! Please DO NOT STAY HERE!! As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels, this is the WORST ONE! The room was absolutely nasty! The shower was black, the bed sheets dirty with holes, the curtains dirty with holes also, the roof over the shower is falling in, etc! We did not stay here all night, once we saw the room! We checked out and told them how unhappy we were with their room! They did not care! They offered nothing for the inconvenience and issues! When I asked for a refund, the man yelled at me and absolutely refused anything!! This is place is a joke!!

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! This hotel was nasty! As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels, in different areas, this is the worst one! We booked it because of the price, then we checked in and the room was disgusting, the shower was black, burn holes in the bed sheets, curtains were dirty and had holes in them! Once realizing this, we checked out and let them know there room was gross and wasn’t worth staying in for even the price we paid! The customer service was awful, they did not care, they did not offer us anything for the inconvenience, and when I tried to get a refund the man on the phone yelled at me and said since we didn’t complain to the front desk (which we did) there was nothing that could be done! They wouldn’t give a refund either!! This place is a joke!!

We had an issue with our card and because of that an employee SLAPPED my boyfriend. We stayed at the Quality Inn just up the road instead. The woman at the front desk here said she has been seeing a lot of guests who had a HORRIBLE experience at OYO and have come here instead. Save your time, it’s not worth the 10 bucks or whatever you save by choosing OYO
