Absolutely fantastic. Went to Monro for an inspection after going to another garage. The other garage thought because I was a girl, that I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to my vehicle. Manager was fantastic, welcoming and honest. They fit me in last minute (beyond thankful) and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 will be returning.

Monro in Herkimer just restored my 2006 Toyota Matrix to functioning and now it runs great. The car was idle after a mechanic in a different shop misdiagnosed the problem and charged quite a bit for his lack of knowledge. I considered junking it. However, I towed it to Monro, where it was repaired quickly a fraction of the cost of the other mechanic. Monro has excellent diagnostics and repair. I will continue to use this shop as I trust the mechanics from experience. From fours years ago: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at desk and in shop. Monroe has serviced five of our cars and provided excellent work. Some was routine such as oil change, another was quite complex. Ford Dealer said removing the plugs of the Ford F150 5.4L with 125,000 miles on plugs would certainly lead to broken plugs and the removal of the head. Monroe got them out. Good work all the way around.
