Banks are boring. Except NASB! I visited recently to learn of new options for checking accounts and I was WOW'ed by excellent service! Surprisingly, I was listened to. Yes, treated like a real person - by a bank! The head teller wanted to understand my situation thoroughly. She listened well and thereafter expressed why certain options would benefit me. Of course, superior interest rates matter to me, but in today's world their bill pay, where they pay proactively, that keeps everyone from knowing my account information - this makes me feel safe! Actually listened to, and served. There's REAL value here.
