In all my years of driving and owning vehicles, I have never dealt with a group of people whom have been so helpful and caring about their customers! To make a long story short, they went above and beyond their contract obligations on my vehicle’s warranty to make sure some guy (me) was taking care as quickly and as satisfyingly possible! I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t have good credit, but I work hard and I pay my bills. So this group saw that and worked together to help me. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough without sounding corny and annoying. But I believe in good karma and paying it forward! ❤️💯 Extra special thanks to Michelle. Bought my car last year, and was in a terrible accident days after purchasing it. They were there with a towtruck within minutes. These folks were more helpful than the insurance company, kept me in the loop, and helped me with anything they could. After getting my car back from their recommended collision shop, they got me right in immediately, and still do, if I have a problem. Everyone is so friendly (genuinely, not fake like most dealerships.) I would absolutely recommend Complete Auto when purchasing a used car! If something isn't right, they happily fix it!
