Both Tracy and Daniel were excellent defending me when I went through a misdemeanor charge early this year. I would highly recommend this firm if you're needing assistance.

Their representation was excellent overall. I received prompt and informative update calls from the firm, simple and clear instruction, and I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. However I hope the need does not arise lol!!

Spradlin Kennedy Law was recommend to me after my previous attorney demonstrated severe indifference to my court case. Mr. Kennedy picked up my case on a Friday morning and was able to secure a plea bargain within a week's time frame. Due to the sensitive nature of my case, situation, and incompetence of my previous attorney, Mr. Kennedy and his team had to navigate the intricacies of my case with much care but very little time. However--despite the extreme time constraints and plea restrictions I burden them with--I was informed very thoroughly of what actions were presently being take, alternative solutions to some issue we ran into due to the negligence of my previous attorney , and what I needed to do moving forward. This attention to detail, care for client, and stewardship of the legal profession allowed me to regain my confidence in what was the toughest moment in my life and make the decisions I need to make to get my case resolved. Spradlin Kennedy Law Firm will be the only firm I will recommend to friends and family.

The option to dispute your sobriety test the officer administered is always available. Probable cause is very important. If there is no probable cause for the traffic stop, there is a possibility to have the charge completely dismissed. If there is no further contact within 15 days of your stop, losing your license is on the line. Please contact a professional immediately.

Not everyone can get an expungement, and not every type of crime is eligible for this option. Our lawyers can carefully evaluate your situation and determine how to best approach securing an expungement for you. There are two types of expungements available, and they include: · DWI expungements – This is an option for first-time offenders after a period of 10 years has passed since the completion of the conviction or sentence. · General criminal expungements – This is an option for nonviolent felony offenses and misdemeanor convictions, often those related to drug offenses. You can also obtain expungements for several municipal and traffic violations and convictions. If you’re looking to expunge your criminal record, contact Spradlin Kennedy today.

Even if you don’t have a car or access to a car in most states they will require you have the SR22 after a DUI. If you don’t plan on driving or owning a car you might be able to drop the coverage but will need to contact your insurance company.
