I have taken several units into electronics center over the years, these guys are on top of their game and would recommend everyone to use this business, excellent service and no hidden fees or shortcuts taken. A+ thanks for the great service on my gear. Thanks James Wright

I was told 6 months to get my record console in. This didn’t concern me because I viewed it as a good sign that they were so busy. That 6 months turned to 9. Still ok. When I finally got my console to them, they said the original equipment was not repairable. At this point I’m still completely fine and excited. Then they gut the console, (very shoddily). And install used equpminet, (very shoddily). Nothing has worked since the equipment was brought home. They gave me another ridiculous amount of time before they could look at it again. Mind you this is a large cabinet from the 60s. I spent $700 for them to destroy a priceless console, fill it with used junk that didn’t work, and the worst part is I can’t recover the original components now with hopes that some one competent could fix it. I ignored the bad reviews and suffered the consequences.

Very rude over the phone when we called to inquire as to some electronics we had and instead of just simply telling us they didn’t need stuff like ours the man we spoke with said, “We have nicer stuff in our store than junk like yours.” Very unnecessary and unprofessional.

Last time I had them do work for me it was $75 to figure out what was wrong, and another $75 for repairs, but that was for a turntable

my system is hard wired into my home, would you come to me for service?

dont do house calls you could call for troubleshooting help over the phone or stop by the shop & one of the techs might be willing to take the trip to assist you but that would be solely based on them alone with price negotiations on repairs as well

I have a crank powered record console that the crank is broken off. How much would a repair cost?

They can repair VCRs, their bench fee is $75, and they'll let you know if it will cost more than that to repair.
