We have used waste management for years and their pricing has continued to climb and they try to pursuade you into ACH withdraw so they have direct access to your banking account. We cancelled and they now tell us we signed a new contract when in fact my wife was in the hospital having surgery when this supposedly happened. Not a good company, just Big business as usual.

If you have any other choice, use that company. I live in the country with close access to major highway. My bill is now over $200 for one container picked up weekly. I haven't been able to find a neighbor that pays as much. Others range from $85 to $150 for the same service. I've called WM and was told the others must have signed up for special offers. I didn't have that option. They offered to take off $5 for three billing cycles. Hope they don't go broke. ha

Never want to be that guy but today I got the time, and I'm absolutely fed up with how poor and inconvenient & inconsistent this service is. I would rate negative stars if possible, and would never recommend this company to anyone. You would think after having to call for missed pickups multiple times they would get it together, but for some reason that is impossible. We comply with pickup times, spacing, bin orientation, shut lids and every other excuse they have given for missed pickups, and they still manage to drive right by our bin. Worst decision our town ever made was hiring this company. Hope your drivers have the day they deserve.

If your lucky enough to get a driver like I have now you will love it cause he cares about his job and it shows. I was concerned about him when I saw a new driver but he told me that my regular driver was on vacation. I was glad to hear that cause his replacement was lacking a lot when it comes to being friendly.
