I'm not at the doctor yet but the nurse practitioner Aaron is amazing the front desk however Nina is not she doesn't let you talk then she yells at you for cutting her off she's very defensive told me she would hang up on me that I was talking over her. Woman wouldn't let me get a word in and that's not how you treat a patient when they're not feeling well and have medical issues. Customer service could definitely improve. Also it is totally impossible to get through to anybody for them to answer the phone

Dr. Melissa Mora, her PA Ellen Bergen, and their staff set a bar for excellence that few internists in Florida are capable of meeting. I know. I have lived here almost 9 yrs. and had to weed through several “PCPS” before being referred to Dr. Mora by an old high school friend. She saved my life. Dr. Mora cares deeply about her patients. I have since had the opportunity to refer four new patients to her. The specialists I have seen as a result of her referrals have all been excellent as well. I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff rocks.

Loved her when I was a patient , however definitely not easy to get a copy of medical records sent to mew provider . Seems as though when their office gets. Request for medical records ( they received it April 18th) . They then sit on that request and wait for the records to send themselves . They never answer the phones or return calls . I’m hoping the young lady who received the fax request who according to my current doctors office was someone named Vanessa could follow up with this and stop delaying what I need to get done . You all have to do better

Dr Mora and her staff are amazing! I have been going to her for years and continue to be impressed by her dedication to medicine and her patients. I wish more of my doctors would run their office as efficient as Dr Mora
