The guy that came out to check my tank out for a leak was more than helpful. Replaced the regulator. Tank was full and it wouldn't pump out. He did a fantastic job. Thank you. Will upgrade my tank later and get a rental.

Your customer service is awful, your employees are not interested in how your customer is being treated by them. That is why i had to get a refund for prepaid propane. Not only this but if you pre-buy not-on contract your the last to receive your deliver ( 4 weeks).

I have had Ferrell gas for very long time I have always locked in on pricing for some reason this year 2022 I got the price lock in at 2:55 then received the letter saying they were canceling my contract and when I had to fight for the contract that they did not want to give me they did it 30 cents higher than everybody else even now, it is still 30 cents higher than everybody else that are being locked into their contracts( i paid my 65.00 contract fee)I can't understand why they're doing this this year, but the employees that come out to fill are always nice the ladies on the phone are always nice and I don't hold them accountable because it's not their policy it was the manager of the store that made this decision for the lady on the phone that I talked to. Why treat people this way.

Ordered on 1/3 at 30%, and was told guaranteed delivery by 1/13. I had attempted to order at 40% because the last time they had filled it was delayed and they wouldn’t let me. It’s 1/16 and still no propane and we are at 5%. Was told on 1/14 that I was on the schedule for early 1/15, they never showed. Called and left message and today they called and said “hopefully 1/17 but I can’t guarantee it”. THEN WHY SAY GUARANTEED DELIVERY. Customer service and service in general has gone down hill in the last 5 years. This summer we will definitely be looking into installing our own tank, or finding another propane company willing to install one. This is ridiculous.
