We had to take our cat in on the holiday weekend, thank goodness they were open! The two vet Docs we spoke with were VERY caring and kind, you could tell they love what they do. Max (the tech) was an absolute angel and explained everything to us in detail, took the time to answer our questions, and was very patient with us. Give that guy a raise!! They see so many animals every day but our cat is like our child, and they were very caring about him and describing his care to us. Dr Thayer called in the late evening just to give us an update, and offered to call the vet owners in Oskaloosa personally to give them an update before our arrival this morning. Joyce, the overnight tech was wonderful, she really cares about the patients and we felt comfortable that our cat was in the right hands overnight. Wish this office was a regular vet with day hours, we would drive the 45 min each way there for all our vet care!!! ❤️❤️

The visit was good, Dr was informative and helpful but having to wait in the car I did not like.
