McDonald's

I drove to Olathe McDonald's and had excellent food and service. There is something wrong with DeSoto location. The soda is flat, fries are always brown and warm and never golden fresh, the quarter pounder was uncooked in center. I understand it's tough to find good employees but they have struggled for years. I work down the street and go only when desperate. Time for change.

A carefull comment to the manager that focuses on the issue of communication may help. I would suggest leaving out racial references as people may make assumptions about you.

Most Mcd serve breakfast until 10:30am. The one in DeSoto serves breakfast until 11:30am.

I would imagine starting pay would be determined at the time of interview and negotiations at the time of hire
