Went in to buy a cell phone - quick and easy, right? - nameless employee (female, dark straight hair, brown eyes no nametag) was rude from start to finish. Grabbed the phone box from my hands as we were making the purchase. Agressive as we (sorry *she*) updated the address associated with the phone. Two other employees were standing around watching...amused? This is my last trip to Best Buy for anything. It's way easier to order online through cell carrier and wait a business day.

Needed a new cable modem with router since we're upgrading our cable speed. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. We told them that we need and what we don't need, they have us a few choices within our price range. Thanks!

Because best buy went to a national call program. Chances are you will not get ahold of the best buy your calling.
