imagine being a client for five years walking into a place that used to feel like home and and being greeted rudely by the front desk and then being attacked by the practice manager— also I have been a client for five years have spent thousands of dollars and have sent clients that have spent so much money here!!! instead of yelling at us and fighting with us try to accommodate your clients and have them sign paperwork. honestly i would never come back here again and will make sure not to recommend this place anymore. sad that the face of the practice has changed! both doctors are great. if that’s how you treat a client that has had procedures for years and just let them go this way that is exactly the way you’ll end up losing all clients- bad energy and will never drive an hour for these doctors anymore, shameful staff!!!!

I've been seeing Melinda now for the past 3 months for my melasma and hyperpigmentation on my face, She's amazing, highly recommend her. Dr Shino is amazing. Not only is he incredibly gifted, he is a kind and gentle soul: He enhances your natural beauty with his expertise. He not only injects his patients, he educates us. It is so refreshing to have a doctor who doesn’t over fill or over Botox, I always leave knowing I am in the best hands. The staff is also equally as lovely. I never question his suggestions because I know he wants us all to feel beautiful not only on the outside but ur inside too and that’s the SECRET to true beauty!!!
