I have been looking for a apartment going on showings calling around dealing with unprofessional staff members all across Chicago but Ronnika I can say TRUST THE REVIEWS she is the most sweetest lady ever. She knows her job and explains the process clearly and shows that she actually cares. I can’t wait to be a resident here. The property is nice and clean and the unit I was showed was beautiful and spacious. Keep her around Carriage Creek and keep up the good work Ronnika !!!!

Ronnika!! That’s really all I need to say! She def deserve for me to elaborate! This woman right here is the truth! She knows how to communicate affectively, listen actively and she actually care! Believe it or not! I felt like she was a friend lol but seriously I thank her and her urgency to get me in my unit! She goes above and beyond to help you and for you to clearly understand the process of renting here! She don’t sugarcoat anything and she helps you out from her experience of what you need to do! If you’re not a good person you’re just not a good person and your background will show that. Nothing she can or willing to do! But if you are a great person with sense a good background etc once you get your pre approval start packing because Ronnika make things happen! She answers her phone she response to voicemails and emails too! In a timely manner at that! I have to get her lunch or SOMETHING! She’s not lazy at all she’s always in a great mood and very professional! I can give positive feedback about her all day! Carriage Creek is well maintained, clean, sanitized and quiet for the most part. That office do not play about riffraff and I love that. The way Ronnika and her compliance team work together to get the right candidates in units I know my neighbors went through the same and I literally have not a worry! #Ronnikka 🤗 thank you so much to Carriage Creek team but mostly MS RONNIKA D.

Paige has been the property manager since December 2020, and she’s working very had to get things back on track. Paige is doing a fantastic job so far over here at Carriage creek . There have been times when Paige is still working at the office long after work hours. Recently, My bathroom sink was leaking I email Paige about the situation and she immediately call me and had Jerry from maintenance to come and take a look at it . Jerry was very professional and clean up after he was finish.
