Do NOT go here. I purchased a disposable vape on Saturday, 11/28, from a young male associate. I walked to my car, scratched the verification code to ensure the product was authentic since there are a lot of fakes going around. I entered the serial number (on the product - it states that you should verify its authenticity before using) and the product was indeed counterfeit. I walked right back in and talked to the same associate and he acted surprised but said there’s nothing he could do - no refund, no different device, and to call on Tuesday to speak with another associate. I just called and spoke with her and she said there’s nothing they can do - she said she understands the frustration of paying for a fake product but that there are signs posted everywhere that there are no refunds or returns on disposables. Cool I get that, but not when you sold me a counterfeit product. You are in the wrong here and I can’t imagine I’m the only once who has been through this with you. I’m surely not using a fake product that could have anything in it so I’ve just flushed $25.01 down the toilet. The young associate said that they charge more because their supplier says that they’re real. Yeah right. Do better. Stop breaking the law and taking advantage of people.I’m sorry you’re not happy w your experience in our store. I think you’re the same person as last review but again, we called the supplier and the manufacturer for the code verification issue, their response is that they haven’t updated their systems to verify all codes. We do not sale anything counterfeit as we always stand behind our products. We just do not accept returns for unwrapped and used products which in your case you had opened the wrapper. At your convenience, please stop by and we’ll be happy to contact the supplier/manufacturer in your presence.
