Dandy Moments

Not happy. Employees didn't say please or tell me the amount of my meal. No napkins no receipt. I asked twice for no pickle. There was still pickle on my burgers. Employee did not say thank you. I got a filthy look when i asked for napkins. The top of the pop was full and splashed all over. This is the worst run McDonalds I have ever been to.

Counter service was poor! Guy couldn’t figure out the price even though we pointed it out on the board. He kept saying the wrong amount. The whole restaurant was dirty. Very slow service.

Customer Service was rude!! I ordered through the drive through, & I felt very rushed and like my questions were annoying to the worker. I went inside to return my meal, because the food was very sloppily made and my order was not correct. The workers were too busy caring about the drive through that they were being completely dismissive toward the people that came inside! The woman who gave me my money back was very rude and gave me anxiety, her name tag read Jamie. I won’t be going back to this place. I’ll stick with subway down the road!

The tall very thin man, maybe 40’s who sometimes works drive thru is super rude! Not my first time encountering his nasty negative attitude. Get rid of him and this McDonald’s could be almost perfect!!
