I see the comments here and know that it’s individual experiences and opinions and NO FACTS, we all have them. Ms Monroe has been my PA for close to 10 years if not more, she was with another doctor and left and I followed suit. As a black male and over 50 we always tend to ignore our health until it’s not proactive anymore but reacting now, Ms Monroe has been a “Torn in my side” in a THANKFUL WAY to be proactive and say with my appointment and follow up, this is what we as men need. DOCTORS THAT CARE, you have to allow them to know you learn your history so they can help you, don’t go there when you are in pain asking for a quick fix when the issue has been years in making, you disappoint yourself not them. I appreciate Ms Monroe and Dr Powell for being some of those that truly care about our community, you want to change the health care system, elect the ones who oversee it, doctors work in the confines they create….. DID YOU VOTE?

This is my first time planning to go to this doctor I was referred by someone to go there and that the worst place… do she ever see anybody first I had to call like 5 time before finding someone and finally find someone they scheduled me almost 2 month to see the Doctor, and now I receive a call the Doctor is not gonna be here and on top of it they have the nerve to tell me that nothing else available and if I really need to see a Doctor they schedule me with a practitioner that a dame shame… I really wish I had check the reviews before waisting my time… need to do better

As many others have mentioned, there is COMPLETE lack of organization here. I have called 4x [edited: without exaggeration, its 4 weeks straight of every day calling now, I've left over 10 messages as well] to the same person asking for my own medical records to be released (all they need to do is send me a form, and have failed to do so after promising "it'll come tomorrow" 4 times). I finally ask for the manager after many calls and after 5 minute hold, the phone hangs up with no response. New edit: Anytime i call now, i ask again to speak to the manager, and that same front desk lady "checks" and lets me know she is not in, nor does she know when she'll be back. I've communicated numerous times im going to call back every single day until i get my medical records. You'd think she'd want to be rid of me! Do not use this facility for any reason whatsoever, you'll never have access to anything they perform/do. Hands down the absolute worst customer service of any medical facility i've ever been to in my life (and we all know the bar is pretty low to begin with)

Hello, who is the person you are referring to? We have had many students in the office for training in different research and educational programs. Some have even been practitioners who may have been completing their training.
It is but they are a very good and caring staff, but a bit all over the place at times.
