Dr Maw Maw and Lilly are great! The staff get me in and seen in relatively timely manner. If I had to suggest any improvements it would be answering the phone. Lately it seems no matter when I call it’s hard to get the staff ; it goes directly to their messages after it says it’s going to try to connect you . not sure why that’s happening , or if it’s an issue with the system or not . they do usually return your call though pretty quickly if you leave a message with what you need. So all in all 5/5 !

Can’t speak for the doctor, because I never saw her. Will say that it took me 17 calls over a few days to even get someone on the office on the phone- they were rude, put me on hold, and then told me they weren’t accepting new patients (even though my insurance company had them listed on their website and all other websites said that they were accepting new patients.) Highly annoying since I am having pain and actually really need to see a doctor. Gotta love the system, right ?
