From the AMAZING friendly staff to the Finger linking good food. We loved every moment we spent at this resturant! We were greeted THREE times As we walked in. Our Waitress Stephanie took us in hand and helped us order the Sampler to Share and Sweet Potato Pie. Every Moutful was DELICIOUS! Well worth our stop. We are traveling from Hawi, Hawaii to our near Sarasota, FLORIDA and trying to stop and eat at local place along the way. This one is a TOP STAR!!!!

Questions & Answers

We've always had good service and bbq. It isn't fast food but that's what McD is for. Service is hit and miss especially when understaffed and larger groups or tour buses stop by. Lunch times are busy, overall. Good food.

This is one of the worse places to get barbecue. The food was terrible. They mess up everybody order . The owner was in there cursing at staff, just one big disappointment. All the way from Milwaukee for this was a told waste.

Although I am from Brooklyn, NYC, but my spouse is from Mississippi we now live in Kentucky. We go through Memphis on our way to Mississippi. So, we stop at Interstate regularly. Unfortunately you went when they were obviously having a trying day. I hope they read your comment and take heed. But I have never left there disappointed. Pray for them.

Why when I called to complain about my food being old or to rubbery to eat.this was food I ordered for my 4th of July dinner.all I got was put on hold then they keep hanging up not letting me talk to a manager. I will never eat here at the south thir

I was asked to answer a question. This is not a question. This sounds strange. Of all the times I've eaten there or had food to go I've never experienced anything like that. I just don't believe Jim would allow food to leave his restaurant in that condition. There must be more to the story than what we see here.
